I’ve never tried sweet potato crumb cake before this one, and now I’m kicking myself for not having tried one sooner. Dang this is good! It’s so moist and perfectly spiced with the cinnamon sugar. And the crumb topping is awesome! It provides a great texture juxtaposed with the soft and moist cake.
