No-Knead Crusty Cranberry Nut Bread

Mmmmm. I’ve been making variations of this bread for years now, and it is SO good! Leave it to Sally from Sally’s Baking Addiction to make it even better. It’s a sweeter bread thanks to the addition of some honey, and the cranberries and nuts are a fantastic way to add a bit of texture and even more flavor. I like eating this bread freshly-baked with a bit of butter, but it’s also fantastic as toast or even French toast. Enjoy!
