Mini Vanilla Pound Cakes

If you love to bake then you are going to go nuts for these little bundt pound cakes! They’re perfectly portioned, super cute, and taste so heavenly. Because this cake uses both vanilla extract and vanilla bean, you get a really pronounced vanilla flavor. I also really like it with a little bit of almond extract thrown in, it adds such a wonderful flavor. Once these are baked you can top them with a glaze like pictured above, whipped cream, fresh fruit (I like to mix fresh strawberries with a little bit of sugar and let them sit until they start releasing their juices), or whatever else suits your fancy.
