Soup season is here and I’m excited to try all sorts of new recipes, especially this Chipotle Chicken and Corn Chowder. I love corn chowder because it’s a stick-to-your-ribs, hearty kind of soup, and with the addition of all the flavors from the peppers and chipotle chicken, this one is a real winner. Yum!
