I’m sure you already know that quinoa is a healthy food and a good source of protein, but do you know how healthy it is? Aside from having plenty of protein and all eleven amino acids, it’s also a good source of iron, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. I think we could all benefit from eating a bit more of it.
One of my favorite ways to eat quinoa is with these broccoli cheddar bites. They’re tasty, easily portable, and something that even my kids love. They’re a perfect snack and lately my favorite breakfast on the go.
