Before this recipe I didn’t even know Black Pepper Chicken existed. The local Chinese restaurants here in Colorado don’t serve it and now I feel cheated because this dish is awesome! Tender, juicy chicken gets tossed together with some stir-fried veggies like red onion, bell pepper, and celery. Then it get dressed up with a tasty homemade sauce and is ready to serve atop whatever sides you like. My go-to is brown rice, but I think I’ll have to give quinoa a try next time.
