Oh, holy moly, I have discovered my new favorite salad recipe. And I’m hoping it will be yours too! Thinly sliced cucumbers mingle with ribbons of red onion and bits or red bell pepper and are dressed with a winning combination of rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and sesame seeds. YUM.
