I always enjoy testing out new healthy-ish muffin recipes because they’re (1) easy to make (2) quick to make (3) portable (4) acceptable for breakfast, snack time, and can even be called dessert.”

Well these muffins are here to help! It’s easy to prep them on a weekend and have them ready for busy weekday mornings, and you can feel good knowing the muffin you’re eating isn’t some giant sugar bomb but rather a healthier muffin choice. And it sure beats an Egg McMuffin or donut in both the taste and health departments!
