Easy, beautiful, incredibly nutritious, and entirely delicious, this Three Bean Salad is a frequent side dish at my house. It packs a lot of protein from the kidney beans while the green beans are a good source of fiber and vitamin C. Add in some bell pepper, onion, parsley, and a delicious dressing, and you’ve got a real winner.
