Spicy Mozzarella-Stuffed Meatballs

A few years ago I made my sister an Italian-themed birthday dinner that included some mozzarella-stuffed meatballs, and let me tell you, those meatballs were a huge hit! Since then my family still occasionally raves about those meatballs, but I think I’ll have to show them up this year with this new favorite mozzarella-stuffed meatball recipe of mine. I love the beef and sausage combo and since these meatballs are bigger than what I’ve made in the past, there’s much more cheesy goodness to enjoy.
