Slow Cooker Maple and Dijon Pot Roast
“Like many of you, I grew up eating pot roast on a (very) regular basis. And while I will always love my mother’s old-school version, I felt it was time for a little upgrade. I’ve nixed the “pantry helpers” and replaced them with Dijon mustard, maple, and balsamic for delicious take on a classic.”
Cooked low and slow, this pot roast will absolutely melt in your mouth. And with the classic flavor pairing of maple and dijon, it tastes sooooooo good! I like to cook mine up with classic carrots and turnips in the mix, but next time I plan on taking the recipe’s suggestion of egg noodles and carrots. Yum! I hope you enjoy this easy and tasty dish.
