I’m very firmly in the “Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice” camp, and this cake makes my little pumpkin-loving heart happy. With a thick custardy pumpkin base along with a bit of cake, this is a quick, easy, and tasty way to enjoy everyone’s favorite gourd. Oh, and take my word for it and use spice cake mix– it is bomb!
