Parmesan-Crusted Delicata Squash

Delicata squash is undoubtedly my favorite kind of squash to enjoy during the cooler months, so when I saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it STAT. Ohhhh myyyy. This is now my latest favorite side dish, and goes with just about everything!
With this recipe, delicata squash is thinly sliced and then seasoned with a bit of oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Then it gets topped with an herb-y parmesan sprinkle and baked until nice and crispy. Delish!
