I’m one of those crazy people that don’t like turkey, so when I go someplace for Thanksgiving dinner, I offer to bring a ham or just pray that there will be one. Most ham recipes I find are pretty similar, so it was the unexpected addition of cranberries and dijon mustard that grabbed my attention. This recipe is something really special. The sweet and tart cranberries combined with the mustard and a hint of cayenne make the ham just fantastic and truly holiday-worthy.
