Meatball Sub Casserole– AKA the Best Casserole Recipe EVER!
I am a casserole lover. What’s not to enjoy about layers and layers of yumminess and the comfort-food vibe that it has? When I was pregnant with my second child I went through a phase of assembling loads of freezer meals that could be easily baked once the baby was born. As I was assembling casserole after casserole, this is the one that kept calling to me. So, like any normal pregnant woman, I gave in to my craving and I’m so glad I did. I made a second Meatball Sub Casserole for my family and we all immediately went bonkers over it. Garlic bread, herbed cream cheese, meatballs, and pasta sauce all covered in melty cheese. Yummmmm. After dinner that night I immediately posted on Facebook how about wonderful it was. I sent the recipe to my friend via email to ensure she didn’t miss it. I went nuts for it, and now I want to share it with you.
