Okay, this is my new favorite pumpkin dessert. Sweet, light marshmallow, fluffy whipped cream, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice come together to create an incredibly tasty pie filling. Add a spicy gingersnap crust and you’ve got a hit! Of course if gingersnaps aren’t your thing a traditional graham-cracker style crust would be tasty, but I just love how that gingersnap spice cuts the sweetness of the pie filling. Enjoy!
