I love how light and easy it is to make, and my favorite way of preparing it is on the grill alongside some other grilled garden-fresh veggies and corn. Add a side of grilled peach halves for dessert and you’ll have a healthy, satisfying dinner all without heating up your kitchen. But this zucchini is for sure going to be the best part.
