This is one of those recipes that I read and decided I must make right away. Ohhhhh, I’m so glad I did. This recipe relies on very basic ingredients, meaning you probably have all of them in your home right now. But the result is extraordinary! A super moist pumpkin-y cake topped with delicious crumbs and a sweet glaze. Since I didn’t have pumpkin spice creamer in my fridge I used my vanilla creamer instead and it was just fantastic.
