How to Grow Cilantro
Ah, cilantro. It’s such a versatile herb. It is used in both Asian and Latin cooking, can be grown in the ground or in a container, and once it bolts you can also harvest the seeds, which are known in cooking as coriander.
Cilantro can get a bit pricey at the grocery store but it’s fortunately a very easy herb to grow. Just be sure that it’s planted in a spot that receives full sun after all danger of frost has passed. Also, succession sowing cilantro is a good idea because it ensures you a continual harvest rather than having everything ready to eat all at once.
