How to Build a Trellis
Are you looking to add a little oomph to your landscaping? Having a trellis adds visual interest by providing height and texture to your yard or garden while protecting your siding from potential damage from climbing plants.
I appreciate this trellis’ three-panel design because I find the taller middle section provides even more aesthetic appeal. And I love how you can train the plants to climb just in the center section or along all three. If you’re looking for a little floral inspiration to add to your new trellis, try some clematis mixed with climbing roses. Forget-me-nots or nasturtium would also be lovely. And if you happen to plant nasturtium, don’t forget that the flowers are edible and have a nice peppery zing.
