Frosted Sugar Cookie Bars
“These could be my favorite bars ever. First of all, they’re super EASY. No chilling them, rolling out the dough, or cutting them out with cookie cutters like you have to do with regular sugar cookies. Just press the dough gently in the pan, bake for 10 minutes, and frost! EASY. Second, they are super SOFT, chewy, and basically melt-melt-in-your-mouth. My husband would request these as his birthday cake if I let him. And they don’t last long.”
Oh, yummy. If you love sugar cookies but either don’t have time or hate to make them the traditional way, these bars are a tasty substitute. I like to make these for parties and potlucks, they are always a hit!
