DIY Soothing Wound Cream for Dogs

“If your dog has a wound, burn or scrape this healing cream can soothe and heal skin scrapes and injuries. It is so easy to make and each of the ingredients are ones I highly recommend having on hand in your house for other uses for your dogs.”
It happens and we hate it, but somehow our beloved dogs occasionally get hurt. When that happens and you want to administer some healing TLC, be sure to make up some of this DIY healing cream. The calendula cream in it moisturizes your pup’s skin while it also helps to reduce pain and inflammation. The coconut oil is also an excellent moisturizer and is also naturally antibacterial and antifungal. Vitamin E oil is yet another moisturizer, but it also promotes new skin grow and regeneration. And finally, manuka honey has known antibacterial properties and helps draw toxins out of the pores. Be sure to whip some of this up and keep it in your fridge in case your furry pal gets hurt.
