My favorite cannoli of all time comes from Ferrara’s in New York City, but since I live in Colorado, those are hard to come by. So, I make do when I can, and these cannoli cones are my latest favorite way to get my fix. They’re so ridiculously easy to make, and I don’t have to mess with frying cannoli shells. And oh my goodness, this filling is BOMB. I love it studded with mini chocolate chips, but try it with any number of toppings you prefer. I’m thinking chopped pistachios are my next experiment.
