Asparagus and Two-Cheese Quiche with Hash-Brown Crust– Perfect for Springtime!
My friend recently gave me five dozen organic, free-range eggs for FREE and I immediately knew I wanted to make a quiche with some of them. I just love quiches and when I came across this recipe, I knew this was the winner.
Crispy hash browns form the crust of this quiche. After the crust is created, it is filled with a delectable mixture of eggs, shallots, half-and-half, two cheeses (Fontina and goat cheese), herbs and spices, and beautiful asparagus spears. And even though this quiche is made with typically breakfast or brunch ingredients, it’d also be a delicious lunch dish.
