We all know there’s an obesity epidemic in America. And I’m pretty sure most of us know that we should be walking at least 10,000 steps a day. But have you ever tried to reach 10,000 steps in a day? It’s surprisingly harder than you’d think, especially if you have a sedentary job.

 

Don’t worry, I’m always on the search to find ways to make your life better and my latest search has led me to this article about how to reach your daily 10,000-step goal. As an average American and a work-from-home mom, I’m constantly trying to be as efficient as possible through multitasking. However, this article has convinced me to start trying to be less efficient with some of my daily chores. For instance, when I’m unloading the dishwasher, I’m going to start walking each plate to it’s cabinet individually, thus forcing me to walk more and accumulate more steps.
