Anxiety and depression are two very common and serious mental health problems for people in the United States, and thankfully there has been an increase in awareness and decrease in stigma regarding them. Though more helpful antidepressants are being prescribed to these mental health patients, there is some concern regarding the link between their usage and the increase in suicidal thoughts and behavior. This article gives 5 tips for dealing with anxiety and/or depression without using medication.
