Peppermint Bark is synonymous with the Christmas and now you can make easily make your own with this two-ingredient recipe. Since this recipe only has two ingredients and the flavors are very obvious, I recommend using the best quality chocolate you can afford. I usually end up using Ghirardelli or Guittard.
Once the peppermint bark has cooled there are lots of ways you can use it. Break it up, place some in a pretty tin, and gift it to friends and family. Or, take a page from my book and bake Peppermint Bark Brownies. Basically you prepare a box of brownie mix as directed but before baking add a layer of this peppermint bark on top of the batter. The bark gets all melty in the oven and totally makes the brownies irresistible.
